LAMM AT LARGE: The Noles Have Challenges Upcoming

todaySeptember 28, 2022

Background
FSU has gotten off to a relatively quiet 4-0 start, but that’s about change — for the good or bad.
The Seminoles face an October juggernaut, starting this week with Wake Forest, followed by games against at N.C. State and at home against Clemson.
Win two of those games and the Noles could be looking at an 11-2 or 10-2 record, easily their best under Coach Mile Norvell. Only games at Miami, which Middle Tennessee State will tell you isn’t that difficult, and hosting Florida remain as reasonable stumbling blocks.
FSU good start isn’t a fluke with victories at LSU and Louisville, and a stomping of Boston College.
FSU is winning with an explosive offense. QB Travis Jordan is having a stellar season and backup Tate Rodemaker has performed well when called on. Johnny Wilson is a 6-7, 225-pound wide receiver who leads an impressive, deep group.
Talk of firing Norvell has quieted — at least for the time being.
