First quarter
The Colts got the ball first and began the game with completions of 21 yards, 9 yards and 40 yards — the last one a touchdown by Alec Pierce.

The Jaguars responded with first down pickups by Brenton Strange, Travis Etienne, Tank Bigsby and Brian Thomas Jr. to set up a 1-yard score by Bigsby.

Second quarter
After each team exchanged a punt, the Colts went for it on 4th-and-1 at midfield and were stifled — Jarrian Jones pushed a scrambling Joe Flacco out of bounds to force the turnover. Strange gained 11 yards to set up a 53-yard field goal by Cam Little.

Indianapolis trotted right back down the field. Following four straight Jonathan Taylor runs, Flacco hit Michael Pittman down the right sideline for 26 yards, then Taylor punched in a 6-yard touchdown a few plays later.

Following a three-and-out by the Jaguars, the Colts put together an 11-play, 43-yard drive that ended with a 49-yard field goal by Matt Gay.

Jacksonville got back on the board after Thomas Jr. hauled in a 41-yard pass from Mac Jones to set up a 28-yard field goal by Cam Little.

A defensive pass interference by Montaric Brown gave the Colts the ball in the red zone, where Gay connected on a 36-yarder to extend Indy’s lead.

Third quarter
After each team punted to begin the second half, Jones threw an interception while trying to target Thomas Jr. deep. The Colts drove into scoring position but the 51-yard kick by Gay was no good.
Fourth quarter
Jones led the Jaguars down the field on a 14-play, 84-yard drive that included a 26-yard catch by Strange and ended with a 9-yard touchdown by Parker Washington. Little’s extra point made it a tie game!

Taylor and Josh Downs got first downs for the Colts before gay connected on a 45-yarder to take the lead.

Jones found Etienne for 14 yards and scrambled for 12 more to set up a 53-yarder for Little! Tie game!

Travon Walker wrapped up Flacco for a sack to send the game to overtime, Jacksonville’s first such game this season.
Overtime
The Colts got the ball first and got across midfield thanks to a 17-yard third-down catch by Pierce plus six straight carries by Taylor. Gay made a 38-yard field goal to re-take the lead.
