For this week’s Tier, I ranked Jacksonville’s roster needs for the first time this offseason.

Very low: Quarterback, Running back

Low: Tight end, Offensive tackle, Linebacker

Medium: Wide receiver, Center, Defensive tackle

High: Defensive end, Safety

Very high: Offensive guard, Cornerback
