Gus’ Tiers: Power ranking NFL teams for next 3 years

Welcome to the first edition of “Gus’ Tiers” at 1010XL/92.5 FM!
Each Wednesday, I’ll be using Tiermaker dot com to create a 100% correct ranking of a timely subject related to the Jacksonville Jaguars/NFL landscape.
For this week’s Tier, I ranked NFL teams by their chance to win a Super Bowl in the next three years.
Perennial contenders: Chiefs, 49ers, Ravens
Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes; John Harbaugh and Lamar Jackson; Kyle Shanahan and a solid passer on a $1 million salary. Beyond the head coach/quarterback pairings, these teams have S-tier roster talent, play calling, and playoff experience.
These teams have great quarterbacks but still missed out on the first tier. For example, the Texans and Packers are young; the Bills and Cowboys have iffy coaching; and the Chargers and Rams could use more talent.
Get a QB then we’ll talk: Vikings, Lions, Dolphins, Buccaneers, Browns, Steelers
Teams that have a legitimately good coaching staff but need to upgrade at QB1 to sniff a playoff run.
Jonathan Gannon and Kyler Murray, plus Shane Steichen and Anthony Richardson, are underrated head coach/quarterback combos. I also think the recent-ish hirings of Matt Eberflus, Jerod Mayo, Sean Payton, and Raheem Morris could turn out well.
