David Garrard played in the NFL for twelve seasons. After a notable college career playing for East Carolina University, Garrard was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the fourth round of the 2002 NFL draft. He served as the team’s starting quarterback from 2007 to 2010, throwing for more than 16,000 yards and 89 touchdowns. Garrard played for the Jaguars for nine seasons and later spent time on the rosters of the Miami Dolphins and New York Jets before retiring in 2015.
