Taylor Doll

Taylor Doll was born in Jacksonville but spent much of her youth in Northwest Indiana where she grew up immersed in the Chicago sports scene spurred along by her grandfather’s fandom. After graduating from the University of South Florida, Taylor won an internship at 1010XL/92.5 FM, which she parlayed into her current responsibilities. These include hosting the station’s Local Sports Updates throughout the day, serving as Social Media Director for all accounts, and as Co-Host of Helmets & Heels on Tuesday evenings.

Donna Murphy

Born in Rhode Island and raised in Port Orange, FL, Donna Murphy grew up dancing for 20 years while watching football, baseball and hockey. Donna toured professionally with "Sesame Street Live" until an injury ended her dancing career. Then it was time for sports. Donna worked for NHRA, the Richard Petty Racing Experience and the :16 Pit Stop challenge at Daytona USA. She attended broadcasting school and interned at the Motor Racing Network (MRN), before meeting her husband and relocating to the First Coast. Donna is both a full-time mom and a full-time member of the 1010 XL/92.5 FM team.

Lauren Brooks

Lauren is an extremely busy sports broadcaster at 1010 XL/92.5 FM. Lauren is a co-host on The Frangie Show and has been the lead host on Helmets & Heels since its inception in 2014. Lauren graduated from Bishop Kenny and the University of Florida, she loves living at the beach.

Capt. Scott Shank

Capt. Scott is a resident and native of St. Augustine, FL. His passion for the saltwater lifestyle began at a young age due to his father’s passion for the same. Starting around age 13, he spent his summers on party boats, learning tactics for bottom fishing. At 16, he moved to the cockpits of sport fishing boats where he learned about trolling for dolphin, wahoo and marlin. After spending time in the Bahamas fishing alongside some of the best mates and Captains on the East Coast, he eventually got his own USCG Captain’s License and started running boats for others. Today, he operates Full House Fishing Charters and teaches young and old about fishing in Northeast Florida. He also does seminars for anglers of all ages to promote conservation, serves as co-host for Fishing Forecast and is an important member of The Outdoors Show family.

Capt. Kirk Waltz

Captain Kirk is a U.S. Coast Guard certified charter captain with over 22 years’ experience. He was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. As a young boy, his father took him fishing at every opportunity he could on the backwaters of the Edisto, Ashley, Cooper, and Kiawah Rivers exploring the many waterways of the backcountry. Hours were also spent combing the big lakes Moultrie and Marion too near Columbia, South Carolina. After attending college in Cocoa Beach, Captain Kirk moved to Jacksonville Beach in the early 80s. He has expert knowledge of the inshore and offshore areas around Jacksonville, stretching from St. Augustine to Amelia Island.

Capt. Kevin Faver

Captain Kevin Faver is a 4th generation native Floridian, a resident of St. Augustine who has been a licensed charter Captain since the age of 18. He started hunting and fishing with his father and grandfather at the age of five, and learned from one of the best captains around, Captain Mike Scanlan. Mike taught Kevin not only how to be a better fisherman but how to be a top-notch charter Captain. Captain Kevin is an expert tarpon, cobia, kingfish, and shark fisherman, along with redfish, trout, flounder and many other species that like to get caught (or not). In the late 90’s, Captain Kevin launched The Outdoors Show with Jeff Lageman and Captain Kirk Waltz, and still hosts that program along with Fishing Forecast.

Dr. Bahri

Dr. George Bahri

George F. Bahri, D.O., practices medical and surgical orthopedics at Bahri Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. He specializes in sports medicine injuries of the knee and shoulder with a special interest in shoulder and knee arthroscopy (ACL, rotator cuff, labrum, meniscus), Tommy John procedures, total shoulder replacements, total knee replacements, and general orthopedic care. He has extensive training in PRP, platelet-rich plasma, and stem cells. He treats both adolescents and adult patients. Dr. Bahri has worked to provide medical care to many professional athletes with his mentor Dr. Andrews. Dr. Bahri was a team doctor for a variety of high school, college and professional sports teams. His extensive education and experience make him the perfect co-host for Breaking Bones every Sunday from 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM on 1010 XL/92.5 FM.

Joe Cowart

Joe is a former radio Program Director and a leading on-air sports personality for over 20 years in Jacksonville sports. He is a noted expert on all things Gators, but his sports knowledge is board and deep. When Joe is not on the air at 1010 XL/92.5 FM, he is a PGA Tour broadcast announcer for PGA Tour Productions, for tournaments outside the USA. He also is the voice of several PGA Tour Production features available on their website.

Ray Carnicelli

Ray Carnicelli

Ray Carnacelli is a National Enterprise Account Manager for Johnson Controls managing  electronic security sales and operational issues, as well as serving as a Relationship Manager for one of Johnson Controls’ large internationally recognized institutional clients. Ray earned his BA in Economics at SUNY Cortland and his MBA at Jacksonville University. Ray has a lifelong love for lacrosse and was varsity men’s team captain while at SUNY. Today he stays active in the sport by helping to promote it on This Week in North Florida Lacrosse every Sunday from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM on 1010 XL/92.5 FM.
