LAMM AT LARGE: #1 pick? Don’t count on it.

Background

OK, so it wasn’t all Urban’s fault.

What I can’t understand is how in the hell did the Jaguars beat the Dolphins and the Bills? And that brings me to this week’s game against the Jets. Should the Jaguars be in the AFC East?

The Jets did beat the Titans and Texans, and you know what those teams did to the Jaguars. The Texans did it twice.

Finally, the No.1 draft pick is at stake. The Jaguars are the leaders in the clubhouse with the Jets, Texans and Lions breathing down their necks.

But considering how the Jaguars can’t seem to win anything it’s a good bet they’ll beat the Jets or the Patriots the following week or the Colts in the season finale and mess that up, too.

Well, maybe not, considering there’s no clear-cut No. 1 overall pick.
