LAMM AT LARGE: Hard to be objective about Jaguars win in London

Background
I’ve always regarded myself as an old-fashion journalist. I was taught if you were a reporter, you reported the facts. If you were a commentator, you gave your unfiltered opinion, not concerned with whose feelings you hurt or feathers you ruffled.
I haven’t always been able to live up to those standards. I think back to FSU and Florida winning national football championship; to the news Jacksonville was getting an NFL franchise.
And now you can add the Jaguars ending a 20-game losing streak. The way they did it . . . well no one would have never scripted it. By now, if you’re a Jaguars fan, you know the crazy, incredible finish.
I know I’m still giddy, happy for beleaguered Jaguar fans, and glad the team is off this week so I’ve got another week to enjoy it.
