Yes, I was surprised, not shocked, that the Texans defeated the Jaguars. This is the NFL.

 

Yes, I was shocked, not surprised, by how easily the Texans won at The Bank.

 

It wasn’t just an upset. It was a 37-17 beatdown. The Texans came to town with a banged secondary and missing four offensive linemen. Still, they got up 17-0 and the Jaguars never challenged.

 

The Jaguars should have been up 10-0, but Calvin Ridley, one of the best wideouts in the league, dropped a touchdown pass, and then Brandon McManus missed a FG. It never got any better for the Jaguars.

 

Maybe it’s a good thing the Jaguars are in London for the next two weeks. Their fans need time to recover.
