Know how many such people in the United States — and other parts of the world for that matter — meet those standards? Me neither but I know there aren’t many.

Throw in the fact the rules limit them in many ways against bigger, faster defenders and smarter schemes and . . . well it’s a bleak picture for a group nicknamed “The Uglies”.
