LAMM AT LARGE: It’s Time For The Next Generation In The NBA

Background
The NBA playoffs are going great. That’s what I take from the highlights I’ve seen.
I enjoy the NBA, but I vowed not to watch the NBA several months ago when the NBA and some of its stars, including LeBron James, came out in support of China after Enes Kanter, an NBA backup, criticized China for its many violations of human rights.
China threatened to drop the NBA from its TV broadcast. That meant the NBA losing millions, maybe billions, of dollars. James would lose major deals as well.
In other word, NBA sold his soul for money. James, too.
Not to put myself on a pedestal, but principle before enjoyment is something I believe in.
So let Steph Curry, Ja Morant, Joel Embiid, Kevin Durant and others shine. I miss it but not enough to sell my soul.
