SEC football fans enjoy bragging about their football. And they have every right to do just that. The SEC has dominated college football in this century, winning 17 national titles and losing in several others, plus dominating the top 25 polls.

 

In fact, SEC fans have earned the label “SEC Snobs”.

 

But have you noticed how quiet they’ve been this season? And, for good reason.

 

The SEC is 1-4 vs. its neighbors in the ACC. It is 1-4 against ranked teams.

 

There are five SEC-ACC games remaining. The ACC will be favored in three, a push in one.

 

Are times changing in college football? The answer is yes. It isn’t like the SEC is going away, but the bully has been humbled.
